Welcome to P.E. class! Our program focuses on a variety of physical activities to help students improve their fitness and overall health. In addition to traditional exercises and weight training, we offer conditioning exercises to improve strength and endurance. Students will also learn the basic rules and strategies of different sports, encouraging them to develop a lifelong love of physical activity.
