Schedule of Fees
HALO Academy (8-12):
Application fee*: $150/February, March, $175/April, $200/May-August (due upon enrollment)
(cap of $375 per family for application fee if enrolled before July 1)
Class Registration: $50/class/year
Facility fee: $130/family/year
(Additional fee of $65 for Enhanced Learning Day)
Insurance fee: $35/family/month
Supply fee: $50/class/semester
Study hall is $50/family/semester and is required if student is on campus more than 20 minutes without a parent and not attending a class
*Application fee is non-refundable.
Eighth Grade:
1 class: $45/month
2 classes: $80/month
3 classes: $105/month
4 or more: $30/class/month
High School (9-12):
1 class: $55/month
2 classes: $100/month
3 classes: $135/month
4 or more: $40/class/month
Classes meet Mondays and Thursdays
8:30- 3:00 pm
**Accreditation fee: $200 per year for in-house families
$350 per year for families outside of HALO
(Accreditation is optional)
July 13-17, 2026 - Adjustment Period
July 20, 2026 - Fees Invoice due
July 28, 2026- Orientation
August 1, 2026- First tuition invoice due
August 3, 2026 - First day of class
Roots Academy (K-7):

**Facility fees are capped at $225/family/year if your family is enrolled in 2 programs,
$285/family/year if your family is enrolled in 3 programs**
Classes meet Mondays
8:30 AM- 3:00 PM.
Core classes are from 8:30-12:30
Afternoon classes from 1-3 pm are electives only.
(You may choose to have your child NOT attend afternoon classes but the entire fee is still due each month.)
