Literature and Comprehension 9:30-10:25

Service Description

In this course, students will use books and movies from various genres for literary analysis. Students will complete four types of writing assignments: research paper (MLA format), essays, short story, and poetry. Students will practice grammar and vocabulary through the editing process as well as weekly concept review. Students will have one public speaking assignment each semester. High School Language Arts courses cover a lot of content, but this will be an enjoyable ‘no busy work’ approach to English 102.
